We use this information to manage the HEAT waitlist and send you HEAT waitlist and opening updates by email and SMS.

We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by using an unsubscribe option in a message or by writing to us at the address above.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host this website, process the form and store waitlist contacts. They may process personal information only to provide those services to HEAT. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information while the waitlist and opening updates are active. If you withdraw consent, we will remove it unless we need to retain a limited record to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how it is used, object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format where applicable. You can also withdraw consent at any time.

Website services

The HEAT page includes an embedded Google Map. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address when the map loads. You can read the Google Privacy Policy.
